I provide bespoke one-to-one coaching.
Before working together, I offer a complimentary call to get to know you and see if this is the right fit for you. Together, we will look at your main areas of focus.
The programs below are guidelines, designed to look at ways of achieving overall wellness.
We can also customise a program for you depending on your goals.
We will take a look at your goals, be it gaining more energy, reducing stress, feeling better in your clothes or improving sleep, then look at strategy to get your mojo back. My approach is very down to earth, as I understand how easy it is to dial a pizza after a long day or slip into the ritual of coffee and cake to get through the afternoon.
Let’s take one step at a time to get you on the right path and adjust where necessary.
I like to focus on practical solutions, how to prepare quick and easy meals, or how to navigate eating when you are out and about, no fancy superfoods, or confusing trends.
Whatever your motivation may be, let's create a happy, healthy, active and zenned you.

A one-off assessment to give you motivation and a fresh perspective, make changes and get your vibrancy back. Ideal if you want to get a feel for coaching.
In this session we will look at your overall health and wellness goals, then co-create a plan to reach any short or long term goals.

Exploration of your Nutrition & Wellness
If you are not sure what you are eating is healthy, plus need advice about what changes to make to your diet or lifestyle, this is a good plan for you.
I recommend the two sessions here as a follow up is really important to consolidate changes and discover any roadblocks.
